About Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Manual lymphatic drainage is a manual form of gentle, flowing, rhythmic massage that has a powerful, cleansing & pain relieving effect on the body & promotes optimal function of the lymphatic vessels that lead to the circulatory system & enhances the immune system.

The drainage techniques of this treatment, facilitate the removal of bacteria, excess water, metabolic wastes, toxins, large protein molecules & foreign substances from tissue via the initial lymph vessels & the venous capillaries.

It relaxes the systemic nervous system & is effective in the treatment of a wide variety of problems including aches & sprains, digestive disorders, headaches, oedema, sinus congestion, skin disorders & stress.
